1. About The Guinndex

The Guinndex (guinndex.ai) is operated by Prime Directive AI Ltd. It is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Guinness, Diageo, or any related entity.

2. Age Requirement

You must be aged 18 or over to use this website and to submit any content. The Guinndex references alcoholic beverages. By using this site, you confirm you meet this age requirement.

3. User Submissions

When you submit content through the Contribute feature, you agree that:

• All information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
• You will not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• You will not submit inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content.
• Submissions may be reviewed, edited, or removed at our discretion.

4. Photo Submissions

By submitting a photo with marketing consent, you:

• Confirm you are the original photographer or have permission to share the image.
• Confirm that any identifiable individuals in the photo have given their permission.
• Grant Prime Directive AI Ltd a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, reproduce, and share your photo on Guinndex social media accounts and the Guinndex website.
• Retain full ownership of your original photo.
• Can withdraw consent at any time by emailing privacy@guinndex.ai.

Photos are screened by AI for suitability. We reserve the right to reject any submission.

5. Price Data

Pint prices displayed on The Guinndex are collected via AI phone surveys and user submissions. While we strive for accuracy, prices may change and we cannot guarantee that any listed price is current. Prices are indicative only and should not be relied upon as a guarantee of what you will pay.

Pub owners and staff can suggest corrections through the Contribute button.

6. Intellectual Property

The Guinndex name, branding, graphics, data visualisations, and website design are the property of Prime Directive AI Ltd. Graphics may be downloaded and shared with attribution to guinndex.ai.

7. Responsible Drinking

The Guinndex does not endorse or promote alcohol consumption. This site provides pricing information only. Drink responsibly. You must be 18 or over to purchase alcohol in Ireland and the UK.

8. Limitation of Liability
